Crafted from a mash bill of 64% non-GMO Colorado yellow corn and 36% Idaho rye grown with sustainable, carbon-conscious practices, it’s fermented using three distinct yeast strains, including the rare S. diastaticus, to enhance aroma complexity. Aged at an altitude of ~4,000 feet, the result is a high-rye expression rich in aromatic depth.
